Yes. Send us your logo file and our team will create a logo drawing for your review. Once you confirm all details, our sample room will promptly produce the physical sample.
Our products have obtained CCC, CE, RoHS, UKCA, and FDA certifications to meet relevant safety, health, and environmental requirements. We can also assist with certificate applications in other countries.

Bulk orders can be shipped within 30–45 days after your confirmation.
A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance paid by T/T before shipment.
Our standard delivery term is FCA Guangzhou. This means we deliver the goods to the warehouse of your freight forwarder or shipping agent.
Freight rates change constantly, but we work with five to six freight forwarders and can help you choose the best option by air, train, or sea. We can also provide DDP door-to-door service, including taxes.
Our professional quality-control team follows a 20-step inspection process, ensuring that more than 99% of our products meet the required safety standards.
Customer satisfaction is our responsibility. We prepare spare parts to address potential product damage, and solutions to after-sales issues are provided within 24 hours.
If a problem occurs during the warranty period, our after-sales team will respond proactively and work with you to resolve it.
